The service was amazing and the arrangement turned out beautiful. It was on time, hand delivered, and she was delighted all with very little effort or expense from me. Very pleased!!!

Amazing service and flowers! We ordered flowers for our niece and her fiancé for the sudden loss of a very close friend of theirs. All I can say is WOW!! What an absolutely incredible experience we had! Not only did the flowers look beautiful, but the owner Raphael went above and beyond to ensure that the arrangement was special to help sooth their sadness. The owner personally reached out to us to see what extras he could do to make the flowers more suited to help brighten what was a horrible loss. From the added ribbon, to the extra flowers, to the meaning behind the entire display. Although the store was closed on Monday’s, he personally went in not only give this immediate attention, but added his own personalized vase that he made, and delivered it to them himself. I can honestly say that I can’t remember the last time we received this much attention to detail, service, and personal care from any business we patronized. Since I was a child, I remember being mesmerized by flowers. Was it their colors, their perfume, their texture, their beauty, or was it a combination of them all? They had a certain je ne sais quoi that enchanted me. Recently, I learned from my mother (Lucy) that in the very early years of my life, she knew that I was different. She told me that I got a wild flower, wrapped it in a small piece of tissue paper (perhaps a literal soft tissue,) and gave it to her as a gift. She continued telling me she was in disbelief because I was just "too young" to understand what I had just done. When I think about flowers, I recall that they were one of the first things I knew I loved; I still do, and perhaps, always will... Today, after so many years, I have the opportunity and privilege of working with the magic of flowers. I can only hope that every time I send out a collection of these splendid creations, whoever receives them, smiles and feels that each stem was touched with love. -Rafael
