Rafael is a master at design and I was so thrilled with the arrangement he provided for me. This picture doesn't compare to the actual arrangement that he thoughtfully designed for me. See my yelp review( with picture) and you will see how much care went into my actual order. Rafael personally called me and then sent pictures of the finished design before the flowers were delivered. Customer service A+++++++++ .

I ordered my flower arrangement for my mother-in-law at the last minute from out of state. I received a personalized message that morning with recommendations on how to improve my arrangement ant no extra expense and only with my express permission. They personalized the arrangement and delivered it at my preferred time of day which was not promised on the website or expected by me. The service was amazing and the arrangement turned out beautiful. It was on time, hand delivered, and she was delighted all with very little effort or expense from me. Very pleased!!!

Amazing service and flowers! We ordered flowers for our niece and her fiancé for the sudden loss of a very close friend of theirs. All I can say is WOW!! What an absolutely incredible experience we had! Not only did the flowers look beautiful, but the owner Raphael went above and beyond to ensure that the arrangement was special to help sooth their sadness. The owner personally reached out to us to see what extras he could do to make the flowers more suited to help brighten what was a horrible loss. From the added ribbon, to the extra flowers, to the meaning behind the entire display. Although the store was closed on Monday’s, he personally went in not only give this immediate attention, but added his own personalized vase that he made, and delivered it to them himself. I can honestly say that I can’t remember the last time we received this much attention to detail, service, and personal care from any business we patronized. I would recommend Raphael and his business to everyone that needs to order flowers. He absolutely sets the bar for service and dedication to his customers. Thank you Raphael for making such a tough time into a more comforting situation.
