I ordered my flower arrangement for my mother-in-law at the last minute from out of state. I received a personalized message that morning with recommendations on how to improve my arrangement ant no extra expense and only with my express permission. They personalized the arrangement and delivered it at my preferred time of day which was not promised on the website or expected by me. The service was amazing and the arrangement turned out beautiful. It was on time, hand delivered, and she was delighted all with very little effort or expense from me.
